Apparently the injury didn't occur against Slovakia. (Per the TSN broadcast)

I think it probably occurred in the pre-tournament game in Langley against the Czechs. Jack took a big hit along the boards & immediately left favoring the shoulder. Didn't play another shift in the game.

Maybe he re-aggravated it a bit on the Slovak hit in that clip.
