I know Slaf should be on PP1, but MSL is trying to balance his 2 units and give a Hutson a weapon on the second unit. I'd rather have Hutson and Slaf on PP1 too, but I understand what he's trying to do.

Matheson is still putting up points, so he keeps his spot for now. I don't agree with it but I understand it.

What I love hearing from the announcer during the Habs PP - "Newhook taking a beating in front of the net" while our 6’4 1st overall power forward sits on the bench. Lovely coaching.
Who’s that getting ragdolled and beaten to a pulp? Wat…

I f***ing hate how nobody in the media is calling out the coach. Team was completely unprepared to play once again. Once again only started playing after they are down in an unsurmountable hole.

Lol, Pounder make MSL look like a genius for calling a timeout after 4 goals in less than 10 minutes. Wow! Who else knew you could do that?! :D

MSL is a f***ing fool. Anyone saying otherwise is doing so on name recognition alone.
Look for the scoring chances in the period. When the 2 first shot allowed becomes goal and when both shotS where from afar and positioning was ok. I don’t think coaching should be blamed.

I agree that for a span of around 3 minutes after that we broke down a bit a allowed some good chances but still.

I do think that with just ok goaltending, the score would be 2-1 Kraken…

I feel like the mistake St-Louis made is not removing Montembault after 2 goals. That way he probably would have avoided the little break down that the team had.

Losing that bad shoots morale, which stunts development big time. You can't always be winning but you have to at least compete and not get completely out-coached out there.
I get that. Still, pretty sure the Sharks will be a good team in 3 years from now anyways

It's okay, MSL is not the problem. Right. Because he was a good player and coached peewee. Undeserved blind faith by some.
He was a smart player and won during his career. He knows what it takes to win. And HuGo should know everything he is doing. If they aren't impressed they will either insist on adding coaches or replace him.
