Well, I hope we don't end up with that 5 way tie at 2-2 for everyone. Canada's goal differential is going to suck. Last place after this game

Byram always looks like he’s about to fall down.

Ice in bad shape?

Hes just not strong on his skates whatsoever. When I watched him in preseason with the Avs I couldn't believe there was a narrative floating around that he could possibly be in the NHL this season. He's not very close at all.

It was all foolishness delivered by no nothings to begin with.
A good old fashined back to reality ass kicking, just what those folks need, but next year they will be back with the same dense takes. That type never seems to learn.
Yup... by the logic.. Russia is up 5-0 and Czechs beat Russia so Czechs will beat Canada 12-0. I already know Czechs are losing their next 2 games by wide margins.

I live in MB, but it is kind of nice to see other countries (mainly European) taking it to them in recent years.

I am Canadian and I love seeing the smug and arrogant Canadians get humiliated.

They came back very strong after a terrible opening 10 minutes against the US but they look utterly outmatched today.

Russia is not instigating anything. Canada needs to score, so it’s crashing the net, and the Russians are protecting their goalie. Typical hockey.

It is a typical russian international hockey. They start scrums over nothing all the time. Bullying strategy.

I am at beer league now - not watching. What is happening 4-0?!? The Russians good or Canada mental block?!! Thanks boy, happy holidays!!!

Everything going Russia's way today. Good positioning by Smith, just lightly touches the Russian's stick.

It's one of his strengths actually. He is as strong as or stronger on his skates than Makar at the same age.
