At least Kesler didn't get his 500th point against us, can't stand the guy. My opinion of Bieksa went up, he's now just a lowlife instead of dog ****. He wasn't a spot picker against Clifford, squared up against him.
Our boys can't string two passes together, it almost seems like they lack confidence in the D or something.

Top respond to your comment in the gdt, I most definitely do not hate speed and skill. I just think that the Kings play far too.neutered. Lots of teams in the league can play with speed, skill and an edge. The Kings do not play with an edge and I can only look to the coach as the cause.

Anyone else irked by Sutter blaming Budaj for that game? Man your team hasnt scored in 180 minutes and you blame the goalie...Im over him....hope he gets canned

From all indicators he doesn't discourage speed or skill or attacking the net.
The first thing he said was you don't win any games not scoring goals. No, wait that was the 2nd... First thing he said was he thought the Dowd line played good. He said he pulled Budaj because he wasn't making saves and it's true. He wasn't.

and also, i doubt Sutter gets fired this season, he'll get the Therrien treatment as the Kings' ****** season can easily be blamed on not having Quick in the lineup

Our Top 6 looks horrid, nobody has been an offensive threat. Toffoli looks lost too often, Carter shot looks off and Kopitar is losing board battles more than he usually does. Everything is going wrong at once, oh well stay the course.

On the decision to pull Peter Budaj:
He wasn’t very good. I mean, did you look at the shots and scoring chances? He wasn’t very good. That’s clear. I don’t pull goalies very often, but they’re expected to make some saves. When they scored with 15 seconds left in the first period, that’s deflating to our hockey club. Or whatever it was – less than that, maybe. I’d say the only good goal tonight was Kesler’s tap-in.
Dude has lost it if he thinks that Budaj was the reason we lost this game. He has had zero goal support over the last 8 periods he has played in. Hopefully Sutter gets termed sooner than later

That’s a positive – Jeff and Megan had a little boy. That’s why Jeff – he was up all night. That’s awesome.
He barely calls them out, no where near as much as he did Budaj

Yep. He wasn't happy with the late period goal and called him out for it along with the other goals he gave up. He also said there is no help coming from Ontario.
