Not wanting to be all doom and gloom. But we need to close this out and win at this point. I think if we lose game one at home after being up 6-2, that we don't win this series. We need to hold on and win this

A 2 goal lead against Dallas was as safe as Mount Everest. A 2 goal lead in this game seems easier than a cheap hooker right now ffs

This is INSANE lol.

We are absolutely dominant tho and its not even like we're playing a run and gun game, just some awful d zone coverage and goaltending. Fix that and we're by far the better team. Now we just have to relax and hold on

Yep I totally understand your position. Sutter shares it. There's also the psychological aspect. Maybe Sutter feels letting him stay in to figure shit out live is better than making him overthink it for 2 days. I just feel like Vladar is a solid option when the team needs a wakeup. Maybe going in cold to a third period of a 6-5 game isn't the best time to do it. I remember throwing Rittich in game 6 vs Dallas and he couldn't stop a beach ball either.
