It's such a good product especially at La Place Bell. I get to listen to a game in French which I really enjoy. The Habs have really built an impressive organization with how they have created the Laval Rocket and La Place Bell.

I don't know why but when Armia got waived I figured they just wouldn't let him into Place Bell and ignore his calls/emails until he just sort of went away. Seeing him in the line-up is wild!

Yes, let's trade the team captain.

We don't have too many AHLer in Laval. We will have injuries at the NHL/AHL level and both will impact Laval.

People arguing to trade vets either have short memories or don't know the AHL. We always end up with a bunch of suboptimal PTOs by January/February because our players are either up in the NHL or injured.

Davidson will get his time, I'm not worried.

I just wish we would normalize sending prospects in the ECHL as they wait.

TR only opens their season next Friday the 20th. I expect the organization prefers having the guys they will send down around the Laval team and coaching staff for the week, and will make any moves just before then.

It seems that maybe why Émond isn't sent to 3R yet is that he's maybe not 100% as he had hip surgery. So maybe he's kept in Laval as they'd be better equiped to help him with his recovery.

Not crazy about some of the prospects being scratched. But won't rip my shirt off in anger.

Looks like Laval made a small change to their uniforms. They added white and blue stiping at the bottom of the jersey and under the numbers on the arms. A little more Canadiens-esque.

Also, they have white helmets, I think they usually wear the blue one with the red jerseys.

Edit: Without the middle white stripe, the numbers on the back are hard to decipher (blue on red). Looks fine on the jumbotron though.

Why is Davidson a scratch? He was so good, thought he would be a lock

Don't worry about him being a scratch. Trudeau last year was scratched at the start of the season and was on the bottom pair when he got in. By the end, he was a top pair D quarterbacking the PP. Also, Evans started as Laval's 4C when he turned pro and ended that year as their 1C. Where you start doesn't mean it's where you finish.

I know what you mean that Davidson did real well. But he will get in the line-up, most likely tomorrow.
