Joke post. Most of the penalties against Ottawa aren't called in a playoff game. Guaranteed Vegas can do the same thing against Minnesota and come away with 1 or 2 penalties.

I'm just glad the refs called the game as it should be called. The reputation in this league is that playoff hockey is "different". This is just code for "goons are allowed to get away with illegal plays".

If the league wants the big cash from massive companies like Amazon, they need the game to be about talent and tenacity.

Tenacity is not the same as dirty play. Dirty play is for cowards and those who raised them.

Ottawa looked like they were trying to set a record for most dirty crosschecks in a game. They literally blew the whole game because they preferred to play like selfish clowns and take stupid, stupid penalties. Whatever.

I don’t disagree for the most part. What is a penalty in the regular season but that just isn’t the way that it is so you may as well get used to it and be the team getting away with murder than the team that is getting murdered
