Those were penalties but leafs could have been called for embellishment on both. Tavares scored on the pp after staying down like he was a soccer player who suffers a phantom trip.

With all the penalties assessed to the Sens, Toronto will be watched very closely.
Of course, if the Sens don't DO anything with their PP chances, then the Leafs will not fear taking penalties.
