Why is the ESPN crowd audio so quiet? You would think they are playing in a library. The audio mix has been off in every TBS/ESPN game so far. I don’t get it.

Yeah, its a double-edged sword with these prices, for one obviously it isnt the loud die-hard fans that can afford to go, and on top of that theres an expectation now from fans that they need to get their moneys worth and it becomes more of an anxious energy than an exciting one. Thats how I see it atleast.

Compare it to early 2000s and it’s night and day. And that’s not just the Leafs either.

My season tickets (discounted) are like two for 650 for the game and upper bowl... The rowdy crowd is definitely not there... playoffs get crazy expensive.
