Zetterlund not looking nearly as red this year as he did last year.
It's the first game of the season. He still has time..Zetterlund not looking nearly as red this year as he did last year.
I have no interest in moving him. That was a nice looking Power Play. I think Zetterlund is going to have a type of year that we can get great value back at the deadline.
I agree that his long term future is at center but he needs time to adjust to the speed of the game and he definitely needs to add some muscle. Right now it looks like he’s playing to not make a mistake and without confidence, let him gain it on the wing then move him back to center when his confidence comes upThere's a good argument for putting Smith on the wing, but I also fear that the longer he stays on the wing, the more he becomes a winger. There's merit in letting him learn the center position ASAP.
Came here to write this. They are terrified of him.Look at the Blues overplaying passes to Macklin.

As with all potential trades, it depends on the offer.I have no interest in moving him.

Great observationLook at the Blues overplaying passes to Macklin.
Either Zetterlund regresses massively, or it is a huge overpayment. That was a nice looking Power Play. I think Zetterlund is going to have a type of year that we can get great value back at the deadline.
We started bad. Looking much better. As with all potential trades, it depends on the offer.
Right now, I'm just enjoying that we are inexplicably up 2 despite mostly playing like crap.
Detroit fans hated him for some reason, but they don't get to watch our defense play. People on that board couldn't believe it when I said he was already our best defenseman the day of the trade.Wahlman has looked good. I would’ve been happy to pay a 3rd to get him. Getting paid a 2nd to take him is an absolute fleecing.
Sure, but unless it's an NHL ready top 4 D-man I'm not moving him.As with all potential trades, it depends on the offer.

Agreed, the guy is ruining this game. It's less fun when he hasn't gone full tomato.
Grier should lock him up for 8 as soon as he can. I think he's a great 2-3W and will be essentially what Timo would've been if its anything less than 7m. Eklund should get 8 too.I have no interest in moving him.
The Sharks have had some incredible Power Plays over the years.wow that PP looks ... very unsharklike lol
a 4th line that plays with the puck, and not like it's a grenade. i don't understand what i'm looking at.
I think getting Celebrini upped the timeline where we really shouldn't be moving kids still in their early twenties.I don't either, but I thought we were a fanbase where moving guys to get value back was the top priority.
Sharks have improved the shot gap this period. That's good news.
sir this is the sharks of the 2020sThe Sharks have had some incredible Power Plays over the years.
