Nobody in Montreal did.

We've sucked all year on offense, yet everyone thought we'd beat the Rangers easily...

I've watched the last two years of this team with constantly diminishing interest, down to worrying levels that make me question if I'm even a fan anymore, despite following hockey passionately and rarely ever missing a Habs game since I was 7 or 8 years old.

I certainly didn't expect them to win easily vs. the Rangers. Hell, I didn't even expect them to win this series at all. I'm just blown away by how boring even a Playoffs game can be with this team. I spent the last couple years thinking the lack of playoffs was at least part of the issue, but nope... it's this freaking team.

''we have a new coach, we need to implant his system and work with our group of players and try to find the best solution inside our organisation and bla bla bla, 5 years.. bla bla bla ..great core... bla bla bla '' *trade galchenyuk for old guy, trade Sergachev for old guy* ''we are better today with a lot of character and bla bla, we are contender'' rinse and repeat. I'm mad.

I see how this series will be. What a waste of a Wednesday night. I'll definitely skip a couple of games before watching another full one.

Rangers did an excellent job of clogging the neutral zone all game long. Habs couldn't capitalize on their chances. It was a fairly close game. On to game #2

Lol Julien waits until the game is out of hand to put all of his best players together.

Sucked all year on offense? But but but our total goals scored is better than last year. :sarcasm:

That was an example of some really terrible arguments from some MB supporters.

Habs finished the year with more than 50% of their games (42 games) where they finished by scoring 2 or less goals in a game.

Today was just another one of those games.
