I'm getting drowsy watching this one. The Canes aren't doing their job to nurture my interest as a 2nd team to follow.

OK, so I understand that its just "BBQ" in NC, but what if I'm in a different part of the country and I want to try the Carolina style? What should I be looking for to believe its credible? In the TriCities area will I be able to find a reasonable example?

I need someone to describe the process to me well enough to distinguish it from what people do in Texas and St Louis. Now that I'm in TN, I need to get more familiar with "Memphis style" but frankly I'm skeptical. Not a big fan of that city. And who the hell knows what goes on in Nashville.

Hey, whatever happened with Bokk? I was glad the Blues expended him as an asset when they did. Is he just a total bust at this point?

The Blues play Columbus Saturday. It will be St Louis' season opener and the Bluejackets THIRD game. I'm just twiddling my thumbs watching other teams' training camp dreams run head on into the oncoming train of the regular season.
If anybody just calls it “Carolina style,” you can’t trust them. You have Eastern and Lexington, one is vinegar based and the other is tomato based. They have to specify.

LOL. I'm convinced, but where does that leave me? Does no one leave Carolina and make good BBQ? If I decided to try and replicate it myself, is there any hope? Can I just watch a Youtube video or get "Carolina-style BBQ for Dummies, but don't call it Carolina Style"?
