I love Edmonton. And you're a Coyotes fan. Worth it.

If you want to watch the Carey Price show. Its been worth watching him tonight. He's made some very good saves and one that was absolutely ridiculous.

Well, I think I will, considering if I'm watching a different game I can pretend like this one isn't happening.

Might be better for my sanity.

Habs are giving up the blue line systematically, and are avid shot blockers. That's got to be the most Tortorellesque system I've seen in Montreal. That is not a good thing at all.

That's an understatement.

Habs can't afford to be sentimental. I say trade Markov at the deadline while his value is higher. We desperately need the help.

I'm in agreement. Any contending team going into the playoffs with a bad PP will gladly take Markov and play him on the 2nd pairing. Limit his ice time, keep him off the PK and use the help in transition.

Keep in mind Kaberle got Colborne (former 1st) and a 1st. So Markov is definitely worth that.

I find it sad to watch him, to be honest. Like the final scene in The Grey, where Liam Neeson's character is getting ready to face down the wolf that's probably gonna kill him, but he's prepping himself to fight the good fight, you know?

I'm only 19 everyone...so I've had this question that I wanted to ask you guys the last couple days.

Were the end of the 90's and beggining of the 00's worst hockey than the one this team is playing right now? I mean, was it FAR FAR worst? Horrible? Just like that? Is Saku the GOAT? (The answer to this question is yes, obviously).

Bergevin will probably trade Markov for Clowe or something though.

If not for Price tonight the score would be 6-1 after the 2nd.
If not for Price we would be drafting top 5.

I am liking Bealieu's development, all talk of trading him should cease.

It was worse.. Habs have just always looked bad except for a few miracle seasons. There was the Theodore years. The Kovalev year. The Halak year.

No apology needed.....someone was just commenting that you've posted a lot in 2 years.

I'm fairly aware. I mean, I did click the "Submit" button on every single one of them. :P

Most were made at work. I actually just lost my job this week, but it was a dumb call center job, and I had a computer with an internet connection, and was bored most of the day. You do the maths on that one...

If you send Markov, you send a message that you are selling. Fine. Let's do it. I have NO problem over this. I will never believe Bergevin and Therrien will do it....but let's hope it happens somehow. And in a situation like that, I have no problem getting rid of DD too yet, you won't get too much. Problem is that only guy that you could get some return would be Pleks....is he still in play to be traded? I think it's worth seeing what's the value out there. But to a proper rebuild, you still need to unload guys you don't necessarily want to unload...and Pleks might be it.
