I agree. It's just funny to see wild fans hoping for a suspension for their own player on the mainboard. It was borderline dirty. Like the fight went quickly but I don't know what Trenin was thinking

The spear from the bench was worse.I agree. It's just funny to see wild fans hoping for a suspension for their own player on the mainboard.
Phew , thank god you got all that out and cleared the air ….the entire forum was on edge waiting for you to make that post and let us know how you feel.I'm happy to give him more shit than he deserves, but mostly because you pump his....uh, tires in such an overt manner. It's not that I dislike you, or honestly anyone else here. There are other posters on here [i.e; people like SoH, the 7whateversomething dude and a small handful of others that I'd have to go look at the names to remember) that I just got to the point where I go, 'Well, I don't need to weed or scroll through this whiny/ridiculous/ranty bullshit constantly'. Mostly just because, to me, it's superfluous nonsense and a waste of time and visual space. Little to no value reading their stuff. Seems like most of those posters tend to fall by the wayside and kind of weed themselves out over the long haul anyway. Your verbal Zucc fellating is something I just eyeroll and move on. Definitely not dislike or hateworthy.
There was a report on an Austrian newspaper when he got that puck on his knee that he is also dealing with an upper body injury, but nothing definitive. It makes sense because Hynes has not once called him out as far as I remember even if his play was not up to par. He does play a lot more timid than in the first few months. But at this point it’s all speculation anyway.Yeah, I want Russo to say more on that because that is the first most of us are hearing he is injured. It would make sense.
Digital Zuccy incoming?I appreciate you posting here and I think that Zucc is a valuable member of the team. It can just be frustrating when Zucc has some bad moments or bad games and the blame is pointed everywhere but him, ya know? I try to set aside biases for all players on a game by game and just evaluate where they are at. It can lead to some heated conversations (Boldy 2 or 3 years ago, Rossi currently) with those who view things from a big picture or necessary for growth perspective. Not saying anyone is wrong in having those perspectives either.
I'm also not without my own biases (Caufield, Stramel post draft, lower view of Faber prior to him in the NHL, etc)

When he took that shot to the knee end of March, there was an interview in a newspaper from home where he stated that he had been playing through an upper body injury as well. I was also wondering since then if this explains his decline lately.Yeah, I want Russo to say more on that because that is the first most of us are hearing he is injured. It would make sense.
Search "webster brother" on the NYR forum, should give you an idea...I'm happy to give him more shit than he deserves, but mostly because you pump his....uh, tires in such an overt manner. Yeah, I have no intention of doing that. It's not important to me to spend time on it.Search "webster brother" on the NYR forum, should give you an idea...
Has it? It looks exactly the same to me. Just became less tolerable with his scoring drop off.His defense has also fallen off a bit.
I used to worry about Spurgeon, and Granlund. Zucc is smaller than Rossi. All of those guys learned to exist, if not thrive, in the NHL. Rossi will be fine.My worry with Rossi, is him getting mauled in the playoffs. Do I think he's tenacious enough? When healthy, absolutely. But, physics are a real thing and the games get heavier. And small dudes get bounced by big dudes. A lot. I get there have been plenty of dudes as small or smaller than him that have thrived, but the ratio ain't great.
Would make sense that Rossi was nursing an injury. Seemed to be less willing to go into scrums, whereas earlier in the year he would go into them, and hang out in front of the net in the dirty areas. His defense has also fallen off a bit.
Still a definite asset to the team when healthy. If he can heal up a bit before the playoffs(don't mean to jinx anything here) it would be huge.
