I don’t think BG is quite as dumb as we all think. If he could undo the Trenin move he does it no doubt. I don’t think he’s ready to buy him out though, and he’s untradeable.

Trade Spurgeon, Brodin and Hartman. Goodbye to Johansson, Brazeau, Nyquist, Merrill, Fleury, etc.

Kaprizov-Rossi-Zuccarello
Boldy-Eriksson Ek-Ohgren
Yurov-Nelson-Hinostroza/FA
Foligno-Gaudreau-Trenin

Buium-Faber
Gavrikov-Jiricek
Middleton-Perbix
Bogosian

Gus
Wallstedt

Someone tell me that can work cap wise.
Love the girthy blueline. I’m probably trading Rossi in this scenario, if only to remove the possibility of having to watch that proposed top line

Wait....Trenin or BG?

Not sure I'm happy seeing Chisholm back on the bench given how groggy he was. Still, suppose the trainers know what they're doing and have given him the OK.

I still vehemently disagree with trading Hartman, I take him over Trenin (better chance to rebound, higher reward if he does, shorter contract, can play center).
I would too, but I think teams would be way more willing to accept Hartman in a trade than Trenin.
Since we’ve got nothing else better to talk about, how much does Gavrikov demand in FA this year? He’s been unreal for LA this year.
That is a great question. I haven't done much research into his cost, but he fits the bill of a monster on the blueline and a quality player.

I'm not sure what to do with Rossi. I think he's worth keeping, but my god we need a top 6 center that can win over 53% of faceoffs...
