"OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- The Wild heads to Ottawa today to do battle against the Senators. The following lineup is a projection based on Coach Hynes' pregame media availability and is subject to change:
FORWARDS

12 Matt Boldy - 14 Joel Eriksson Ek - 36 Mats Zuccarello

28 Liam Öhgren - 89 Freddy Gaudreau - 13 Yakov Trenin

17 Marcus Foligno - 23 Marco Rossi - 38 Ryan Hartman

19 Devin Shore - 22 Marat Khusnutdinov - 94 Jakub Lauko

DEFENSE

5 Jake Middleton - 7 Brock Faber

4 Jon Merrill - 46 Jared Spurgeon

47 Declan Chisholm - 24 Zach Bogosian

GOALTENDERS

32 Filip Gustavsson"

I would prefer Öhgren - Rossi - Hartman, but can't complain about the results the last 2 games.
If they can keep up the pressure on their D-men in this game too, it is a very winnable game.
Don't let that asshole Baby Ketchup get under your skin, stay out of the box and help your goalie clean up the garbage.
Go Wild!

Merrill has been significantly better than Chisholm is 2025, I hope he gets the nod next to Spurgeon.

I would prefer a Ohgren- Rossi- Hartman, Foligno - Gaudreau - Trenin lineup also.

Would like to see Ohgren make his mark, but it's hard to produce much with Trenin(yuck) and Freddy(he's been better) as your linemates. Trenin's offense is execrable.

Chisholm will never be a tough, physical defender, but he should be using his speed to get back on puck retrievals, and when he does get the puck on breakouts, make fast, sound decisions. He seems to want to hold onto the puck for too long, or make "creative" passes, both of which get him in trouble.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him get moved in the off season, unless they deem Buium to need AHL time.

Yeah I think he will be moved. If Chisholm played a better defensive game, I think he’d have a greater chance to stick around but we got a pair of bluechip prospects knocking on the door. Not to mention Lambos and Spacek.

Jiricek’s lack of production in Iowa is a bit alarming, but I think he has showed enough in St. Paul and Cleveland to get the benefit of the doubt.
