I'm okay with not using a QMJHL suspension for fighting as "history" in this circumstance.
Actually I'm good with throwing most of those QMJHL suspensions out the window.
One of the unsportsmanlike suspensions was because someone checked him into the boards face first while he was falling, with the checker falling on top of him, and L'Heureux got up and went after him, and the suspension was for taking his helmet off during the scrum, which isn't even a penalty in the NHL.
One of the highstickings was actually a high cross check to a guy he had just seen crosscheck his linemate three times with no call.
The "fighting violation" was for getting in a fight with a guy during a scrum. A legit fight. Both dropped the gloves. The ref let it go.
The "aggressor" suspension was him standing in the crease, goalie didn't like it and hit him in the back with his stick, ref apparently didn't see that one but saw L'Heureux turn around and retaliate so L'Heureux was somehow the aggressor there.
Staged fight is pretty self explanatory, not going to pretend that's worthy of a suspension in the NHL.
The AHL fight was for fighting after the final horn blew, which I still don't care about as long as the fights are consensual.
Didn't see any video of one of the highsticking suspensions or the other unsportsmanlike, but his "real" history is something like:
Highsticking
Fan altercation
Sucker punch
maybe another highsticking
maybe another unsportsmanlike
