In San Jose he was consistently peppered with nearly 40 shots a game and 50 a couple of times. Highly unlikely. As a Sharks fan I do miss him though. Was the only reason to tune in every night when Celebrini went down with injury after the first game.

It’s well past time for Bednar to go. That’s the worst I’ve seen them play including the rebuild years. Weirdly that’s the second 3-1 game with a last minute shutout spoiler now

I hope that’s the case otherwise very alarming and something I just don’t think the Avs can overcome aside from some sort of miraculous Crosby trade. That said his last several years do not suggest this is the player he is.
