Oh it is. "Pekka" is the most classic Finnish male name you can get, and "Ukko-Pekka" is just this old-fashioned variation/compound name. For reference, president Pehr Evind Svinhufvud had that as his nickname. He served from 1931 to 1937. It was also the nickname of service rifle M39, which was used in WW2.

In general, it's not something I expect to see as a name for someone born in 1999. Cool name though, not gonna lie, just old-fashioned.

Grav means grave in english.

Addendum: Serve with potatoes and a bit of dill. So freaking good. Or on top of rye bread, that works as well.

Ham is a holiday tradition here, but we usually had gravlax instead. Sis is pectoveg, but it's also just... better. Bit more expensive these days sadly so haven't had any for ages, but you used to get decent deals every now and then.
