6'4 Russian goalie playing USHL. First year draft eligible. .909 SV% through 8 games. The team has used five goalies this year, and he has a much higher SV% than all of them. Hrabal played for this team last year, and had a .908.

My review of what I've watched from him this season. Has an .896 in 29 games.

Talented goaltender. Has the size and athleticism. Can make a lot of difficult saves. He has some holes in his technique and positioning that he has to clean up. He looks a little too wild and out of position sometimes. Will let easy shots slip through his body. He’s probably one of the most talented goalies in this draft and it’s a weak draft, so he could go round 2 or 3 if a team really likes him, but I would say round 4 or 5 is closer to the range he belongs.

Damn, not the team I wanted drafting him. He could be great eventually. New Jersey took a swing. They have enough good pieces that they don’t even need him to pan out. Has the highest upside of all the goaltenders in this draft. Good pick by NJ.
Crazy that he was fine with going to Omaha despite the fact that they're complete dog crap. Suppressed his numbers quite a bit

Kam Hendrickson stealing the starting job from him in Omaha. Yegorov with a .846 SV% behind a pretty bad Lancers team

Not so fast...Yegorov had only played less than 2 full games when you posted this and faced 39 shots on the season.

This past weekend he saved 57 out of 58 shots in back-to-back wins to bring his save percentage up to .928 on the season.

Is it a slight concern that Hendrickson is outplaying him significantly (SV% is 10 points better in 1 more game)? Or Hendrickson was underrated because he’s moderately small so it’s not a concern with Yegorov because his stats are okay?
