So if he weights about 90 kg, this means that his maximum peak power is 90*1290? According to WolframAlpha, that is about 90% of the power of a P-51 fighter plane. Impressive stuff.

Move over Selanne, we have the true Finnish Flash

Shame he is wasting all that power by being a goalie. He could be the next Finnish Flash

In all seriousness there's obviously a misplaced decimal place. 12.4 makes a lot more sense.

Yeah, I'm reminded of what so many of my engineering professors have told me: You may get a number, but does it make sense?

I mean if this is real, forget hockey, with that kind of power he could get on a bike and provide electricity to a small city.

But it would be no fun.

How good is he? Best in his league? Will he play liiga next season?

He's a really good, promising young goalie. According to his Eliteprospects profile, his current contract with Espoo Blues ends in 2016, so it's hard to say where he'll play next year. He could end up being the backup behind current Blues starter Eetu Laurikainen or he could be loaned again and have another #1 job in Mestis. In order to get a #1 job in Liiga, he'd have to either outperform Laurikainen or the Blues would have to loan him to another Liiga club, which seems kind of dumb to me.

TL;DR: Lots of potential, wait and see. ;)

As if one goal wasn't enough, he scored another. This time in a practice match between Finnish U18 and U20 teams.

So 2+0 in his last four games. Not bad - for a goalie.

I do not understand why no kahkonena Finnish youth in the camp?
% Reflected throws him better than these three. While he plays the weakest club Finnish championship

Because he's already 20 years old, too old for the upcoming WJC.

He is good. A really calm goaltender. 92.4 save% is impressive, given his team is terrible defensively.
