RG...I'm not the biggest Pavelec fan either but he does have talent. He will be playing behind the best defensive back end he'll ever have played behind as the Jets back end has been horrendous defensively the past 5 years.

So you combine that and you add Benny and his likely having to have given his blessing, with what was available and the prices that they were going for, how could this not be an excellent signing with very little risk whatsover?

I think give it a bit of time and you'll come around....lol

Well, they now have over $22M in cap with Wilson out of the picture. Johansen and Arvidsson still to sign though. Plus Mike Fischer still making a choice about his future. That trio could easily come in around $15-17M. Depends on what Fischer wants. But $6M for Arvidsson and $7M for Johansen isn't out of the question.
