It's honestly mind boggling Palat is available and we have murray kerfoot and holls cap hits on the books right now. Is there a playoff series win I missed or something where we don't need to prioritize a Palat?

matthews marner nylander tavares palat is an unstoppable playoff core, stop being cute with all this other fluff. Work out the rest after.

They could still sign Palat and trade those guys afterwards. Teams can exceed the cap in the offseason by 10%

Leafs cant run it back with the same team and new 4th line and goalies. A shakeup is needed. There needs to be money going out. Its clearly Kerfoot/Holl/Muzzin as options unless there is a suprise Nylander/JT trade.

JT Nylander on your second line clearly does not work.
