Ooooooohhhh... yeah... so... really don't like that Jarry deal TBH... term is pretty gross to me.

Curious to see what they did with Graves.

Jarry deal is terrible. I suspect he will have HUGE injury issues like Murray in just a couple of years...

The Penguins have agreed to terms with goaltender Tristan Jarry on a five-year contract.

The deal begins in the 2023.24 season and runs through the 2027.28 campaign, carrying an average annual value of $5.375 million.
wow that contract is tremendously bad!!

if he can't stay healthy and put up consistently good numbers, especially in games that actually matter, that's an awful, awful contract

Meh. Goalie market sucked but was still hoping for some change in goal.

If Jarry can stay healthy, I can live with it. But that's a big IF.

Well, we've all been calling it for months. "They'll test the waters and shrug before re-signing Jarry." Still sucks to see it happen. :laugh:

I can only assume with the way they handled Poehling is that Jarry has no lingering issues.
