I guess we'll know in about half an hour.
I will say even when the Islanders were a powerhouse in the 80's it was Rangers players getting more hoopla, attention and endorsements. Maybe not have been fair but that's the way it was and still is really. The Islanders these days it's Barzal and after that a bunch of 2nd/3rd liners and plugs. They played well enough as a team together last year but no one really gives a shit about them as individuals.

Gorton, Theo, and Panarin are in the ring. Gorton is all smiles as he hands a pen to Panarin. Panarin is about to sign when LL's entrance music hits. Gorton jaw-drops, as LL walks toward the ring. Then Panarin takes off his sweater, revealing an Isles sweater, and he and Theo proceed to laugh. Trouba and Mika run to the ring to save Gorton, but it's too late. Panarin and his agent and LL start hammering Gorton. HFNYR starts throwing trash towards the ring.

2. Why would it kill us? We have arguably the deepest prospect pool in the NHL and 9 million a year for an elite 21 year old center?
