Close thread, typical over reaction to a new Goalie in a new city, on a new team and in a new division. The guy has been great the past 4 games but its still early to get too high or too low. D has to get better, and the forward vets need to step up.

Obviously greatest goalie of all time right? I mean small sample sizes don't matter apparently so bidding starts at Mcdavid, Crosby and Price. Yup you would need to acquire those players first then offer them to Toronto. Even then we would probably need a 2nd on top of all of that.

This is one of the most ridiculous threads I've read.. was almost painful and embarrassing to read. Andersen will be fine. Blaming the defense is a little unfair as really it's the entire team that has collapsed infront of him late in games. Andersen wasn't comfortable at all early going and you could see it in every part of his game. Didn't even look like the same goalie tbh but has settled down a lot the last couple games. Throwing him under the bus after a few games is pretty dramatic and foolish. Give him time to adapt. Besides.. we are still in tank mode anyway so who cares how long it takes. Lol. He will be good

But it was clearly OK to judge him by his 1st 4 starts and create threads like this....right?

Stupid is as stupid does.

950% save percent over the last 3 games . 850% over the 1st 5 . I would say he not as bad as the first 5 games and not as good as the last 3 . If he plays somewhere in between the 2 on a bad defensive team while putting together a few hot runs he is worth keeping .

Wow I have to apologize for anyone reading any leaf thread. The majority of our fan base is either drunk, stoned, or completely $&@&$ing ******** when it comes to hockey. Some ( maybe even most) of our fan base should learn this saying. " a wise man speaks when he has something to say. A fool speaks cause he has to say something!! I'm beginning to think the majority of our fan base falls under the fool portion of that
