Full disclosure I can’t stand McDavid. Hell of a player but he’s not a leader and he gets handed everything bc of name recognition. Has he ever had to actually earn something?

But hey.... he grew up.

Still plays for the wrong team(s), but I'm a fan.

I thought MacKinnon was a much better player tonight than McDavid. He took the puck and went to the net. McDavid tends to want to stop and curl all the time.

It was one helluva shot by Marner no doubt ..but he wasn't too noticeable before that

Much better player. Gretzky is making excuses for McDavid after Anson Carter goes he was ok. We will see how he plays going forward but it feels forced right now.

I thought both were so so. Tunnel game IMO. Mac was really good in the first 10 Minutes but after....ughh
Best player was 87.
Binnington came out huge when it was 3-3.
Happy with Marchand goal.

He barely played tonight but he was solid on the PK late in the game. He will be on the Olympic team next year. 20+ goal season isn’t past his prime. Your hate for Marchand is glowing.
