We are in 4 nations of Avalanche forum I guess. It’s all about the Avalanche all day all night. I’m gonna name my next child Avalanche boy or girl

So ready for this tournament. Love international hockey. Great change of pace from the NHL for a little break.

I get some are down on it for not having all the teams, and thats fair. But its still the best players on 4 of the top hockey nations.

And I know some are thinking it wont be exciting hockey, but rather like an ASG. I just don't see that happening, as players have wanted a best on best tournament for while now.

Is this really a "tournament"? Does anyone really "win"? Isn't it just a round-robin of games between the 4 teams? I mean, I guess you can say that if one team goes 3-0 vs the other three they are the "winners", but if two teams go 2-1, is there a "winner"?

There is gonna be a final. Two teams with the best record gonna play each other for the championship
