It’s very simple, actually.

I hate the Tkachuk brothers as competitors, but would trade 9/10 current Bruins players for either of them.

I grew up and currently live on Long Island and ALL of my Isles and Rags fans say the same thing about Marchand.

In hockey, there are heroes and there are villains. The 2011 Bruins team had a perfect balance of both.

USA!!!!!

If that's true, then shame on Team USA's medical staff.

The fact he got an infection so quickly from that injury and had to have it scraped out? He's lucky he didn't get sepsis. You can't f*** around with that shit. I remember when Bergy got an infection in his elbow. Scary stuff.
Wasn't that Joe Thornton? He almost lost his arm.

I heard earlier today that McAvoy is out for Thursdays game due to an upper body injury

Then I come here to find out he has a significant AC joint injury, and an infection in his right shoulder ..and remains in hospital

I hope Charlie gets well soon, but F**k ...if it wasn't for bad news, the Bruins wouldn't have any news at all this season

🍁Happy Birthday to my idol, Phil Esposito. I'm taking it as a good omen for Team Canada. He was my hero in 1972 and when I woke up this morning, I remembered it is his birthday. Big game, lots of Stanley Cup experience, let's take the first Four Nations championship and make history! GO CANADA!!! 🍁

No matter the outcome of tonight's contest, it's our Boston Bruins who come out with the biggest loss because McAvoy hit the post. Courtesy of a Hab crosscheck to the back. Steve Begin on the Habs coaching staff?

I mean don't push that narrative. It's not like Armia saw Mcavoy and thought...hmmm that's a bruin, time to take my chance to injure him.

Hope for a good game tonight. Should be excellent but I think it won’t be as close as last game due to the injuries. 🇨🇦👍👏🏻🇺🇸👍👏🏻

That being said I also hope there are no more injuries on either side so a team/teams looking to make a big playoff push doesn’t lose anyone important like we’ve just seen with McEvoy. The NHL will spin this as to how great this tournament is, but two weeks from now we won’t even be talking about it. These tournaments should be played before the season starts. But we know it’s $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and marketing is what this is all about and the game second, no matter what Gary & the gang at the NHL say.

Enjoy the game everyone 🇨🇦🇺🇸👍

I honestly think the U.S. has the better team, even with Charlie out. Big advantage in goal. Seems like a toss-up to me.

This tourney in place of the usual all-star break is perfect. Players are in mid-season form and jacked to play. Hockey fans will certainly remember this for years to come.
