Id rather see Raymond and Larkin get rested .I was just wondering how excited everyone was about this. Personally I would rather follow the Red Wings than this
They could get hurt in practice or in a regular NHL game too. Don't think the risk is higher at 4 nations, might even be lower if the games end up not being very intense.Especially not with it shutting the season down for 2 weeks and potential for injury to Larkin or Raymond.
That could be an interesting gameI'm going to the USA v Canada game in Montreal so I'm pretty excited. Going to grab a Larkin 4N jersey and try a hot dog.

Fix our PKHow can we be better than 2, 7 game win streaks?

While you're not wrong - it's just that many in here (myself included) feel the risk is a tad bit high when considering that this is just a tournament for 'bragging rights' more than anything else...Now that we have a legit shot of 'April In The D' aka Stanley Cup Playoffs - I'll be miserable if any of our guys goes down with an injuryThey could get hurt in practice or in a regular NHL game too. I prefer the Olympics. I'm going to miss seeing some of the other good teams (Russia, Czech Rep, Slovakia, Latvia, Swiss, etc.). Those games mean so much to the smaller hockey crazed countries.
