Sergei had so much talent, including good vision.

I suspect he didn't take good care of his body. How else could he have fallen off a cliff at such a young age?

Kostitsyn was a tank. He turned out not to be a great pick, but you could tell why he was picked so high. His skill level, and size just never translated as well as it should have at the nhl level.

I loved AK46. Irrational love. I knew he wasn't playing 100% and that he never reached full potential fully because of himself... But damn, when he was on, he was ON. Massive hits, gorgeous goals... He could've been so great... What a waste.

Good old Lulu. Admiring his pass then receiving a clean hit and obviously the other player had to fight. If there was a fight after all clean hits games would last 9 hours.

Looking at those years, might not have been the best place to learn about drive with the Bourque, Latendresse, Pouliot, O'Byrne...

To me, there was a clear lack of supervision of offside activities until recent years and it showed with the Kostitsyn bros, Ribeiro, Beaulieu, Galchenyuk, O'Byrne...
