The Sergachev trade was so big and perfect (on both sides) that I'm guessing JBB might even have had the framework worked out before he pulled the trigger on Mcadonagh.

I'm sure this has been mentioned already but if not, Stammer has 6 even strength points in 31 games for Nashville....16 points overall. Dude wasn't worth anywhere near 8m and I'm glad we're not the team that gave it to him.

Great to see Sergachev doing so well in Seattle. His slight bump in production is from the extra minutes being on the #1 PP unit, something he wasn't going to get here.

Win-Win trade
 
If we wanted him we could have had him this summer instead of Atkinson.

I’m in favor of signing him, to a one day contract to retire a Bolt

I'd bring him in and if it doesn't work, let him retire a Bolt. It's a league min contract under a coach and system he knows. Might get another timely playoff goal or two.

I haven't seen TJ play in a while so I have no idea how his game is, but here are his 2 assists with Boston



 
Stamkos has 2 goals and 6 points in his last 5 games, 5-game scoring streak. They won only 2 of those 5 games though.
