I feel like a few days or weeks ago he wouldn't have said that we played well 12 the past 15 games.

We played well in most of the games. The problem is after 3 straight losses where they played on average pretty well against good to great teams they played like utter shit and weren't ready for the Devils and while they played better tonight they weren't ready AGAIN. Quinn is an absolute anchor.

He understands it, he just doesn't wanna speak English on tv
When he finally decides to, he's gonna be exactly like Jerry Seinfeld.

"Strome. What's with the offensive zone penalties? Did they teach him anything about hockey? Anything?"

"Hello, Brooks. Now get outta heah!"

I think there are a lot of people, long-time people, who have just stopped coming to the boards, or just kind of skip on by these days.

I feel pretty confident about the broader numbers.

Win’s a win. In my view there’s almost no such thing as a shitty win.

Not to mention that the two flyers goals were more of the garbage broken play goals that seem to end up in our net every single time this season. Some of them should go in, yes, but the rate that it’s happening against the rangers this year is something I’ve never seen before.

This is the type of win that generally fills up an 82 game season. You take the 2 points and move on.

They're going to get dummied on Saturday so enjoy it until then?

The biggest drop off I've seen from year to the next was Gaborik in 2011-2012, Mika this year absolutely blows him away. I haven't actually seen anything like this where a team has all its goals from bottom 6 players that no one's heard of until this season.

There is something terribly wrong with Mika and he needs to be sat. He looked clueless, uncomfortable, and gassed in every play. I think he whiffed on at least 4 shots, broke his stick a few times too. It's seriously baffling and if he is playing injured (he had a few rough collisions early on in the season) he needs to be scratched. And if its all mental, they need to figure something out ASAP. He's an absolute shell of the player he was last year and that drop off is wildly concerning.
