Meh, let those fanbases freeze.
I hope nobody cleaned the porta potties from yesterday!

Well he is also a forward now so it's expected. lolI thought it was funny that Smith scored his goal by creeping in deep for the rebound. We’ve crucified him before for pinching too much and allowing odd man rushes as a result.
But I guess when it works, it works.
I never understood the nostalgia people had for the Devils playing at the meadowlands. Walking out of that place on a cold february night(we used to start games at 7:30 back then too) across the parking lot, over a bridge, and then another lot?Numbers wise it wasn't really that cold last night but there's something about the Meadowlands. It's always windy as hell and it feels like it's 15 degrees colder, it was much nicer in the stadium but it got pretty raw by the end of the night.
Tailgating we couldn't keep the grill lit and it was hard to cook on, too windy. We had an empty space next to us with a fire pit set up and threw a grate over the wood and cooked on there lol.
its basically a bunch of old people who look back to the times where they walked to and from school which was 10 miles away and in snow that was above their head.I never understood the nostalgia people had for the Devils playing at the meadowlands. Shit sucked.
It's good for a once-in-awhile experience but I wouldn't want to go back to that full-time again.I never understood the nostalgia people had for the Devils playing at the meadowlands. Just trying to up the team save percentageIt's absolutely how I felt in the stadium. Shot counter made zero sense to me

For starters the team was way more successful and a borderline dynasty in the Meadowlands so that alone is a huge bar for the Rock to live up to and the source of most of the nostalgia.I never understood the nostalgia people had for the Devils playing at the meadowlands. Damn right it wasDon’t forget it was uphill both ways
I freaking loved it haha, we won 3 cups there cmon. It was super quick and easy for me to get to, never had issues with parking, it was cheap. Best part was you that you could actually tailgate. The cattle crossing was some of the funnest stuff after a game.I never understood the nostalgia people had for the Devils playing at the meadowlands. I mean sure, we won while we were there, the team was great but we didn't win because we were there. For starters the team was way more successful and a borderline dynasty in the Meadowlands so that alone is a huge bar for the Rock to live up to and the source of most of the nostalgia.
The building, public transit, and bars/restaurants around the Rock are so much better than the Meadowlands, but there are definitely times when I wish I could just exit the highway into the arena parking lot instead of driving through downtown Newark to and from the game.

As Glen says, once in a while it's fun to be able to tail gate, but tuesday night in Feb? I'm hustling from work, no time to tailgate, maybe walk a beer from the parking lots to the main entrance.I freaking loved it haha, we won 3 cups there cmon. I meant to quote you on my previous post about driving.I loved the 7:30 starts.
I was a late arrival too many times to Prudential Center because of the earlier start. Even when I worked out in Eastern PA for a while and Prudential Center was even more convenient because it was a little closer to where I worked than the Meadowlands was.
I think the closest public train transit to where I lived was probably the Lautenberg in Secaucus.I haven't driven to the Prudential center once since it's open. Not even for the open house they held before the arena was officially open. I have taken the train every single time.

I was working in New Brunswick and it was literally 100 yards from my office to the train station. Pretty sweet cause I leave my car at work and not worry about drinking and driving.I think the closest public train transit to where I lived was probably the Lautenberg in Secaucus.
I probably could have grabbed one from Essex County somewhere off of 78 back then when I was working in PA though.
Watching that hit on Luke by Konecny, idk how that wasnt called interference. It's literally a text book case of it. He had no puck, didn't pass it just before he got hit, and wasn't reaching for a puck either. He got blasted and the puck THEN comes his way and hits the boards as the hit was already being initiated.
Konecny is a grade a piece of shit of a player. Good player, but a piece of shit that's dirty.
