God's country
I expect they'll come out absolutely flying and either get a goal, or a penalty on the very first shift. or give up a break away and get scored on...

Yeah, I'll watch it, or at least some of it. It's the battle of the two worst Power Plays in the league (haven't done the math to see if it's still feasible, but the Panthers have been challenging for the league record all year). How can you miss that kind of exciting matchup?

I'll be watching the first period then watching Minnesota vs St. Louis in a MUCH more important matchup.

It's an attempt to gain a match-up advantage by confusing the opposing coaches as to which line is out there. You see this happen every now and then. I bet they don't even play a shift. One or two of them will switch right after the faceoff.

The Panthers dressed Krys Barch? Good thing we have Westgarth! Oh wait...

Seriously though I remember seeing Krys Barch play in the ECHL for the Greenville Grrrowl. Columbia had Eric Boulton on its roster and, IRC, Boulton tried to get Barch to go but Barch had no interest in dropping them.

Edit: Slutty George! Of course he'd score in South Florida.

Flyers did that last night against the Rangers. They started Read-Couturier-Giroux and then immediately went back to Hartnell-Giroux-Voracek. Of course that speaks to a clear difference in depth, but yeah.
