Bunts wasn't having a good night but glad he at least tried to stick up for Matthews.

Need more of it for one another.

Maybe it'll get him going and he can get an early goal to tie it up.

Close game now even though it's been a rough one for them overall.

The last few years I thought the leafs had the potential to do something in the playoffs.
Not this year.
Iffy goaltending.
Matthews does not have that devastating wrist shot
And Tavares is so bad when he’s not standing directly in front of the net.
Unless.......samsanov goes on an insane hot streak and steals a series for them.

You have to have some beef and grit to keep them honest. In the playoffs they want your stars injured and demoralized. You need guys who can help your stars when targeted. I’m not counting on our top 4 going Rocky.

It'd be nice for JT to make an appearance in this game not gonna lie. I don't need him to dangle and snipe, just pushback a little and show a pulse ffs.

Woll will come up for the playoffs, in 10 starts with the Marlies he is 10-0 .926 sv% 2.5 gaa

Eventful game.

when we were down 4-2 and the pp call got reversed, I thought Keene should bring a case of beer and a VHS of Slap Shot into the dressing room. The. Cousins went and woke up Auston.

Big 3rd right now after a sloppy sloppy night.
