Nice, make some more space in the jersey closet! If you do Barkov or Tkachuk, what would you do about the captain/alternate arm patches?

EPS has them, those are not sold individually but they have them in stock to add to customizations and the team jerseys. I did a 25th Anniversary Huberdeau and Barkov a few years back and just told them on the order to add the arm patch to both.

Jerseys for the Cup customizations are in, the 52 had a few snags on the rigth side of the chest, the Duke is a 54 and all good with that one. Fixed the 52 with a fabric shaver, for $75 it was a steal. $200 for both.

I've noticed looking at photos that the game jerseys have the gold stroke as a layer on top of the white numbers. These pre-customised jerseys have the white stacked on top of gold. I'm hoping Customize Sports does it the correct way, but I'm going to check first before ordering. If not I found a seller on eBay that is more expensive but looks to be done right.

I emailed EPS about the captain sleeve patch and haven't heard back. They sound like a place that has a lot of work on and I'm not really expecting a reply.

Customize Sports got back to me quickly, but they can't do it.

I've just contacted Patch Collection about it too. If they don't already make them, they might be able to create one.

Yeah, the official sleeve patch is EPS only. I sent you a private message with a contact from EPS, send him a direct email and im sure he will help.

Thats Adidas factory customization which is shitty, the numbers have a plastic feel to them, a lot better than what the arena offers so for the casual fan is fine. They do that double layer number stitched on top each other, thats incorrect for Florida jerseys.

My Barkov kit from Customize Sports has arrived!

I also grabbed an Islanders Palffy kit that I've been after for ever, and a couple of other bits that I needed. I'm happy with the way they've the correct kiss cut layers.

Now I need to practise my sewing.

I also contacted a few places about doing a custom captain sleeve patch for my jersey.

I ended up using a local business, because international postage was going to make it super expensive.

Unfortunately I don't think this place even looked at the vector artwork I created and sent them, or the reference photos I linked to, and somehow they came up with a straight patch. I've emailed them about it and I'm hoping they make me a replacement and follow my instructions this time.

They re-did the patch and sent it at no extra cost. Looks pretty good now:

Finally got around to getting the patches heatpressed on, kompon powerplay change speed.

Also saw the new fanatics jerseys there, the main material seems close but all the other pieces seem cheaper.

I'm almost finished with my Duclair to Barkov project. The last part I need to do is add the patches to the front.

I don't have a La Croix patch, and I can't find any online. I'm wondering whether to patch it like the 2023 jersey with no sponsor patch, or try and have a custom patch made up for it. Ideally I'd like it to be the same as the 2024 Cup winning jersey.

The Customize Sports kit is not exactly the right colour, which slightly bothers me. It's a bit yellow/bright, but probably not many people would notice. Still happy with how it's turned out.

Looks good man! you beat me, i havent done shit with mine yet haha. Personally i would pass on the sponsor patch on a customization, those things are a disgrace on NHL jerseys. I would be ok with if it comes on a game worn because of the worn on ice aspect etc but thats about it, wish it wasnt a thing.

If you want to go that route they are not sold individually, only jerseys that have it are the ones from retail at the arena if im not mistaken and it is heat pressed, dont remember if NHL.com/LIDS/Fanatics sold them like that on the site.
