Theres a way, if the Bruins don't make it in the East, a team shittier than the Flames will make it.

If they do it would still be a better pick than Florida and that's all I'm aiming for. Can put us in the Hage range before even attempting to slide up the draft board.

True, CGY can make it, I would be extremely surprised tho, as a wild card and an early exit playoffs, a 16-18th pick is still very good for a cap dump (monahan) it would remind me the Marleau trade to CAR, could land a Jarvis type of player with a 16th-18th we never know

Yeah. The only thing i want from them is being in a WC spot or in contention for one coming trade deadline so they don't go full selling mode.

Flyers fell apart after Carter Hart left the team. If Wolf stays healthy, I don't see a similar collapse by Calgary.

They do have depth and work hard as a team, but it's largely the play of Wolf, and I have my doubts that he keeps this up all year. That's a good question...I know the Habs made the playoffs in the 2010-2011 season with Plekanec as the leading scorer with only 57 points. The second leading scorer was Cammalleri with only 47 points.
