I don't think this is the case; it's just Keefe being an idiot. Signing Reaves was dumb, but you can only complain about that for so long; after a while you have to ask why the coach is still playing him.

This isn’t a 4th line that can play 7-9 minutes a game. Call holmberg up and swap him with Reaves to try that

This is a fourth line that plays 3-4 minutes as a line and a few minutes with Reaves sitting and one of jarnkrok Matthews Tavares Marner out there

Reeves needs to be benched 3rd period. Double shift willy.

He needs to MAKE them play like a Stanley cup contending hockey team

That’s his job. It’s not just sending out lines

He also needs to be using his people in correct situations. For example. He hated the Leafs response to Marchand. Okay, so why are you not throwing Reaves out there when there’s a faceoff and Marchand is out? Then it turns out Reaves is completely useless and on pace for a -64 plus minus. Okay so why are you trying to get a shift out of him?

It's on Keefe that the personnel don't play with grit? We have been here for 8 years with two different coaches. This group of players just don't play that game.

Keefe's player usage in the past has annoyed me, but this is definitely the first time it's gone from mildly annoying to WTF level stupidity...
