From what I'm seeing, yes, that's the breakdown.

You can tell that by the 2nd year salary that Calgary thought that would back the Avs down. Because he's still an RFA after that, so his QO will be a bit higher than 6.5, and along with ROR, the Avs will have Duchene needing a new deal and potentially Stastny (if he's not dealt) and Landeskog all needing new deals...

All that cap space is probably pretty much gone now.
