Juulsen and Lammikko make sense. The Nucks were searching waivers for righties and centers in case Harmonic wasn't ready to start. It would kill two birds with one stone. It wouldn't shock me if Juulsen has more trade value now that he's cleared waivers, considering that he can be called up and down back-and-forth for at least a month now.

Juolevi has above average IQ - that's the hallmark of his game. Also good puck skills, passing ability & can kill penalties. But Mobility is the issue.
