Florida's goaltending program is actually run by some guy named Roberto Luongo and some other guy named Francois Allaire is a consultant for them too. Maybe you've heard of them (or maybe not). Really good move going to the Panthers especially if their minor league goaltending depth is weak (didn't know that thanks @Brodeur for the info)

Not really lol. Kid's got intriguing size and some interesting raw tools, but he needs a lot of work to even get to Knight's current level right now. Knight is only 20 and will likely be much better than he is now in a few years. If Guzda even sniffs the nhl this signing was a win. As of now, Gerasimyuk is on a mure sure track to the nhl than Guzda.
