playing rec hockey every 2nd Saturday
but guys would love a diet plan. anything on line I could try
tried intermittent fasting, not working

I guess cause I am old school..lol

We can't give you a tailored diet plan without knowing your caloric needs.

You'll also need a lot more than a few days to see results.

Never fast. Proper conditioning is more important but be mindful of what you consume.

Depends if you play forward or are the typical lazy Beer League D !!!!!
Stop eating wings and drinking beers with the boys !
