Probably 50 saugers, 5 walleye keepers, a 25 inch that went back, a 33 inch pike, a 31 and a 35 inch catfish. All were caught dragging crankbaits off the bottom in 12 ft of water on the Red River this morning.

The Red will be crazy with boats this weekend with two derbies on it.
I think I will go for ducks or chickens. Go out fishing again on Monday after the crowds have left.

Hoping to get out for some musky trolling next weekend (Nov 1st). Not sure what the water temps are on LOTW these days but the ciscos must be either spawning or really close

Went to Bissett on Saturday to see if we could get some Smallies. Got up at sunrise and it was rather chilly. Fished for three hours, caught two pike and called it a day.
Have I finally after all these years become a Fairweather fisherman?
