How many general managers, coaches and front office staff are given chance after chance after chance and then after years of futility get recycled through in other franchises.

Sure they are, but that doesn't mean Schwartz is the best person for the job. In fact, the results pointedly paint the opposite picture as @McAsuno demonstrated. As much as Schwartz is definitely a problem, Skinner lack so many of the athletic fundamentals required to play at the highest level that in this case it's a celling issue.

I’m at the point where I want Dusty in prison not just fired. He gets the same type of rope an established coaching legend would have. Where was he before the Oilers? The Oil Kings? That’s it?? Who has he developed? Skinner and Hart?
