Just wanted to get a jump on things.
How many points did they haveHawks about to go on a 2018-19 Blues run. Source: I made it up.
So insinuate that Sorensen will NOT hold players "accountable"?And this is why he will only be an i term coach?
LR was not allowed to hold KD's mess of brought in vets "accountable" and of course NEVER was allowed to hold Bedard accountable even though the kid was not producing to expectation..
Are you saying the coach you want would have dared Bench BEDARD for insipid and non-differece-making games?
And KD woukd suport that?
No way...
And IF this coach you want t who males players accountable does not also make Bedard accountable because KD told him to treat the psyche of the franchise kid with kid gloves,THEN you get a 2 tiered system...one treatment for Bedard and a separate treatment for everyone else o the team...and THAT is a recipe for failure and team bickering/bad culture..
get the pitchforks out lol j.k
After a terrible 15+ games to begin the season, Brodie hasn't been as bad in recent games... knock on woodWouldn't mind seeing Brodie sit for a bit and roll with 4 ex-Hogs on Defense.
Kurashev really sucks lately. I hope he finds his game. Play just dies on his stick all the time. Hard to get anything going when one of your supposedly two best wingers cant seem to possess the puck for more than a few seconds.
The play of Kurashev that looked so promising is all but gone which is a mystery to me.Kurashev really sucks lately. I hope he finds his game. Play just dies on his stick all the time. He's a meh bottom sixer that can play with talent. He has and will continue to suck. The play of Kurashev that looked so promising is all but gone which is a mystery to me.

He was he just got stapled to Bedard last year.Sure but he was never this bad
Yeah his value right now is more to the Hawks, albeit low, than anyone else. The only hope is that he figures it out for someone to trade for at the deadline. I don't see him repeating what he did last year but I hope I'm wrongLeave him with Bedard for a while and see if he can rediscover the 2023-24 magic
He has been awful but constantly moving him about lineup (And positions) was doing him no favors
Hopefully he gets hot and we can find someone foolish into giving us a prospect or pick (Longshot I know)

There seems to be a lack of intensity in Reichel's game, perhaps it is between his ears and he needs a confidence boost? He still looks like an AHLer and it seems that may be his ceiling.I hope this helps Reichel out too. Be real nice if he ends up being a halfway decent winger
Have you even been watching him this year? He has been very good, despite playing on what is essentially a 4th line (though they have probably been our most consistent line). Unless your only definition of “intensity” is lighting people up with hits and fighting, I have seen nothing wrong with Reichel’s intensity this year. He is engaged, taking hits to make plays and going to the dirty areas. No reason to think he won’t have a long NHL career at this point, even if he never becomes the offensive player we hoped he would. There seems to be a lack of intensity in Reichel's game, perhaps it is between his ears and he needs a confidence boost? There's no question that Reichel has improved but he has a long way to go yet. I didn't mind him playing with 2 vets against 4th line ops, hoping it would boost his confidence. It will be interesting to see how he is deployed under Sorenson (who should be very familiar with Reichel's strengths as well as weaknesses). I suppose I am being a bit impatient as the skill set is there. Here's hoping he can continue to improve.Have you even been watching him this year?
