Well deserved win by Suomi! Absolut dominant game. Could be 10:1 or higher.

Nope, not yet at least. Unless you have a source for that.
In a statement, the IIHF said “all 2020-21 tournaments in the lower division men's senior, women's senior, and men's U18 categories have been cancelled.” As a result, the only tournaments remaining on the schedule for this winter are: the 2021 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, the 2021 IIHF World Junior Championship, .

Pärssinen has not been good, but not terrible either. I still expect him to step up his game when we play against Canada.

Key words here is "this winter". U18 tournament is a Spring tournament, not winter.

I think they are trying to host it in the US, maybe in a bubble.

" All tournaments other than the top division tournament were cancelled by IIHF on 18 November 2020 due to the covid19 pandemic"

So as of now it is possible that the tournament will be played.

Järventie, where are you? Supposed to be our goal scorer, the PP instantly worked without him too..

Maybe against the German goalies...not against Fatton:laugh:
Also, Finnland was quite lucky that the idiots behind our bench played the worst players only. With reverse ice times, particularly regarding forwards and PP, and better line matching this would have been a close game.

Finnland should accept the gift and run. They have a lot to fix if they want to come even close from beating Canada.

My misunderstanding of that. I just saw a headline that was not specific..

He's showing that he's been a passenger in Ilves all along for me :) People can defend him all they want but i know when i see a anchor.

Don’t think Hatakka has gotten enough credit for how well he’s playing. Eating a lot of minutes and making smart plays all over the ice. He may not stand out as much as Heinola but has been every bit as solid.

Hatakka has been underrated for years... had him behind Heinola and Thomson and ahead of Kokkonen, Honka, Tuomisto for draft ranking got a lot of critique

Finland must not beat Canada! They are strong in K.O.s. This is the reason why the Finns are gain 3 Gold medals in last 7 Years. Not because they played a suberb RR. But this game today was good and i see the team works.

Reminds me of Lindell when Ristolainen got all the spotlight in 2014.
