Kevyn Adams: F. His goalie plan again was hopium for Levi to be ready and he wasn’t. He put together a mismatched set of defensemen but did nothing to change the formula over the summer. He ran back all of his kids with the idea that he was going to need to use Jeff Skinner’s buyout on them and yet some of them shit their pants. The taxes and palm trees response about his own inaction and how he is not proactive was a gem. f*** this guy.

The coach openly questioned the cardio and preparedness of players. What is the strength and conditioning department doing that this is happening again?? AGAIN!?!

Lindy Ruff: D. You let them talk you into keeping all of the same assistants. Dude. No. And then when your best get run, you don’t tell anyone to go run someone, you shrink away and talked about powerplays. Speaking of which, the special teams were still a mess on both sides of the ledger, and it apparently took you until almost the end of the season to notice that quick movement is what works in the current NHL.

Wilfod: F. Go. Just go.
Ellis: F. Why are you here?
Bales: F. Your dept. is terrible.
Appert: F. That PP was yours?? Go.

Every offseason I give Adams and company an incomplete because it’s the best word to describe the job he does each year in building the team.

But it’s a 0. He’s the worst GM in the league. It isn’t close. 0.0

The assistant coaches are all solid 0s too.

Lindy managed to do worse than Granato. He was stuck with the same assistants because reasons…but he DID WORSE THAN GRANATO. F. The highest mark in year 14 of the drought.

* CRACKS KNUCKLES *

Adams - C - fixed some holes this off-season but neglected others. I get that it is hard to get players to come here in FA or to even trade for as everyone has a NTC but you them gotta go hard af at guys who don't have them and if that's overpaying, overpay my guy. You gotta shake this shit up. At least he isn't Drury or Verbeek, right? This upcoming year is most likely his last, so, what ya gunna do Kev?

Karmonas - B - done a great job with Rochester but would get an A if he beat the shit out of Adams once or twice.

Ruff - C - they at least had some structure to their game. He failed to hold people accountable and doesn't seem to have that same fire as the first time around. Can still coach though, so there is that.

Wilford - F .. for f*** off

Appert - D - PP was bad and I just don't know what else he was doing.

Ellis - F - not even sure what he did?

Bales - F - Goalies somehow regress when they come here, Wilford isn't helping but every goalie just seems to be nervous as hell when the puck is within 10ft of the net when the top goalies are always in control and rarely out of position.
