I started my own diet plan a couple of years ago, since then I have lost over 40 lbs.

This isn't easy. But I have too many friends dealing with high blood pressure and diabetes. I want no parts of that.Congrats that is awesome. I am on my own journey. Sipping water, not eating or drinking
AgreedHe's heavier/stronger than he was. It's possible the heavy schedule has been hard to get adjusted too but it's likely the growth physically will need adjusting. Either way, development isn't linear. Sometimes you need a little longer to cook. He'll still be a good player down the line.
Been 5 yrs since I had the heart attack, I was tipping the scales at 258. Quit smoking tobacco, quit drinking alcohol, started riding the bike both indoor and outdoor on a more regular basis.This isn't easy.
