Also big shoutout to @Joey Moss for running the smoothest fantasy draft I've ever done (I've been in a ton of these). That shoutout extends to everyone involved takes everyone committed to burn through this the way we did!

The last minute vote that came in who I will not expose changed 1 position in the standings.. Washington slips into the last wild card, Tampa gets bounced.

But then in the Super team draft, I play @AveryStar4Eva in the 1st round. Both of our teams are probably in the top-5 for all teams in the game, so one of us will be out early.

No playoff format will be perfect, people will be screwed over. That's even the case in the NHL.
I'm just really happy with how well this game's turned out. Insane activity levels from virtually all the GMs.

IMO the Pacific was a pretty weak division, Edmonton and Vegas were the only standout teams for me.

A few teams made it who went D round 1, Blues went Marchand round 1, Jets went Binnington round 1 and Preds took Stamkos, who played wing more than C in the last while or so (switching off with Johnson).

My strategy is always take a center with my 1st pick. I'll never go against it.

I was considering it just to mix it up, but yeah going C/D early and often is by far the safest strategy

I took a center with last pick of the first round and a winger with first pick of the second round. If I was to do it again I probably would have gone C and D

none of those teams were serious cup contenders so it's fine

try missing the playoffs as a cup contender because your GM and owner is more hated than Donald Sterling
